Senior / Associate Town Planner WJGS83297

Here at Watkin Jones, we are now looking for a Senior / Associate Town Planner to assist in the management of the Planning Department; negotiating and securing planning permission and responding to planning queries.

Within the role, you will work towards building the case for planning approval, preparing the associated reports and application documentation and managing applications through to determination. You will generate ideas for obtaining planning permission, resolve issues and discuss the benefits and disadvantages of these with the Planning Director.

About You

So, if you have a number of years’ experience in planning consultancy or private practice e.g. client consultancy, developer etc, then we want to hear from you! We’d also like you to hold a Degree and Diploma/Masters in Town Planning and be a full member of the RTPI.
