About the role

To provide the Care Management Team and Property Services Team professional support. Developing and implementing an annual property maintenance schemes in our Care environments. Delivering an improvement plan which sets out a robust programme, implementation strategy and budget for improvements, cyclical maintenance, and voids works across the portfolio.

As part of the role you will be:

  • Consulting with residents on the content and implementation of our programmes.
  • Liaising with Care managers to build programs of work
  • Delivery of a stock condition surveys to develop a better understanding of the needs for our Care environments
  • Procuring work through compliant frameworks
  • To work closely with the in-house Building Services Team to deliver programs of work
  • Monitoring and reporting on budgets
  • Working with the team to ensure compliance in all areas of work.

About you

If you are an experienced Project Surveyor and have the skills to deliver projects in a care setting we would welcome your application and input into our services. You will possess excellent communication skills and be able to build and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and different groups.

If you have a recognised qualification in a building related subject or relevant experience in housing or planned works then so much the better.
