Job Description for Business Development Executive:
Our client, an established award winning organisation who hold an Investors In People accreditation, are looking for Business Development Executives to join their expanding team. The role is to identify potential opportunities and book well qualified new business appointments for their face-to-face Consultants.
You must be very self motivated/self driven to achieve with a proactive attitude and a desire to succeed in sales. Telephone experience is key, some level of customer service experience, with hospitality, retail and customer service contact centre experience considered. Prior telesales / telemarketing experience would be beneficial but not essential.
You will be assigned one or two external sales people to work with and you will be calling mainly small to medium businesses and schools.
Our client is on a main bus route but also has onsite parking
Experience & Skills for this role:
* Excellent telephone communication/persuasive skills
* Ability to work within a team
* Ability to show sales skills
* Stable job history
