Our client with multiple offices across South-East London and Kent are actively looking to hire a Commercial Negotiator for their London Bridge & Bromley offices.

Commercial Negotiator role:

A commercial negotiator will manage the appraisal, listing, marketing and letting or sale of a wide range of commercial properties including shops, offices, industrial units, investments and portfolios. It's very much a hands-on role that will require a candidate to be smart, punctual, self-motivated, personable and efficient. Providing sound advice, a good service and value for money is a must and they're looking for memorable candidates to bolster their team.

The position is permanent and will provide opportunity to the right candidate to progress to a senior position in one of London's leading Estate Agencies.

Basic salary will be from GBP20k to GBP25k plus uncapped commission. ( OTE GBP55,000 plus)
