GBP25,000 to GBP32,000 plus commission and benefits

Role Definition:

Identify and generate new business for the Social Care & Housing division

Job Purpose:

* To generate leads to win new business for the Social Care & Housing division at Winlight Recruitment

* Canvassing businesses to establish Winlight Recruitment as an agency of choice to fill short and long term vacancies.

* Aim to maximize opportunities within your given market to hit/exceed given targets for yourself and the company.


* The generation of new business in the Social Care & Housing sector

* Identify and follow up on leads to generate new business

* Strengthen and forge excellent client relationships

* Attend meetings with clients to gain commitment

* Networking across all related industry conferences and events.

* To build relationship with key individuals

* Source referral through newly formed businesses

* Establishing a network of clients through your work

* Keeping up with the latest challenges facing the Social Care & Housing sector

Business Development Consultant Profile:

* Recruitment experience is essential, with experience within Social Care recruitment desirable.

* Proven success within business development is desirable but will look at recruitment consultant who are looking to move from a 360 role into a pure business development role.

* Experience of winning PSLs is desirable

* Self-motivated

* Presentable and professional who is confident to attend and lead client meetings

* Excellent time management
