Our client is a leading manufacturer supplying complex machined components to the aerospace and defence industry. Due of the business continuous growth, they are now looking to increase their workforce by taking on a Permanent Customer Order Administrator. Customer Order Administrator

Job Description:

  • Responsible for being the operational single point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Providing an interface between the Supply Chain Management team and the operations teams.
  • Processing complaints using the company's standard systems, processes and reports to resolve potential risks.
  • Facilitating and supporting on and off-site customer meetings
  • Ensuring all paperwork and information transfers are all compliant with business and regulatory requirements
  • Always providing an effective, efficient and accurate administration of the sales order process.

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications required:

  • Experience of working in a Manufacturing/Production environment.
  • Proven experience working with Customers or Suppliers within an administrative position.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to work within a team environment.

Desired Skills/Experience/Qualifications Required:

  • Experience working within a sales administrator position or similar.
