Do you have proven experience working with pensions schemes? Are you organised and have great attention to detail?

Our Client, a financial services firm, are looking for a Cash Management Administrator to support many teams within the business.

Job purpose:

* To support the whole business- operational teams, account managers, senior management and the Dundee office

* Important tasks include operation of SIPPs, identification of receipts, management of direct debits, identification and processing of contributions and RAS claims and contact with 3rd parties' advisors and clients

* To create parent and child tasks within the tasks management system

* To issue transaction notifications when required

* To identify and process pension scheme contributions

* Direct debit set up

* Monitor schemes with low balances where investment instructions are in place

* Build good relationships with internal departments and stakeholders

* Ensure all internal deadlines are met, escalating to Senior Administrator or Team leader any issues

* Proactively identify risks within the department and escalate concerns to team leader

* Understand the date conference needs of each system and where key data is mastered

Your skills and experience:

* Financial experience (pensions administration experience ideally)

* Exceptional security control

* Demonstrate the ability to identify data anomalies and issues and correct them at source
