A leading timber manufacturer and supplier of Windows and Doors are currently recruiting a brand new position - Contracts Manager regarding Windows Installations. This role is to oversee the quality and standard of works across construction sites mainly with national housebuilders in the southern region.
Experience of Contracts Management and knowledge of contracts is vital along with having experience in setting up systems.
The main duties of this permanent role are;
* Covering Southern & Western Regions (including M4 corridor Bristol, Gloucestershire, Southampton and West of London)
* Handling GBP3m of installed work of Timber windows and door sets with national housebuilders and managing fitters and installations teams.
* Checking the quality and standard of their work and covering multiple sites.
* Working from home primarily and spending a large amount of time on site visits.
IT experience: MS Office including Excel and Word
Candidate profile: Must have a Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 3 points), CSCS card, experience of working on construction sites, and experience of installation of Windows desirably Timber windows.
Salary range & benefits: GBP35,000-GBP40,000 per annum plus Mobile Phone, Laptop, Company Vehicle, Fuel card, Pension scheme and Sick Pay (qualify after 6 months' probation)
Hours of work: Monday-Friday full-time 40 hours per week
