2nd Line Support Technician / Engineer

Due to continuous expansion, we are currently looking for a customer focused IT enthusiast to join us as a 2nd Line Support Technician / Engineer.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to take the first step in their IT career. This is a key position in which you will assist our clients with technical queries via our support system raised under an ITIL SLA structure.
Knowledge and Skills
The successful candidate will have a general interest in IT and be looking to move into this arena or be looking to take the next step from a 1st line position.
You will need to be a natural problem solver, be analytical and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and to deadlines. Strong communication skills are essential.
You will ideally have some knowledge / experience of the following Microsoft Stack components:
Knowledge and skills in networking, server and computer maintenance would also be desirable.
