We’re currently looking for a Neighbourhood Assistant to support the delivery of the housing management function for supported housing services. As Neighbourhood Assistant you will monitor and manage offers, complete tenancy sign ups, process terminations, void checks and undertake new tenancy visits.
You will hold weekly customer surgeries to deal with housing related queries, carry out regular monitor inspections at schemes to include Health & Safety checks and monitor visits to our agency managed schemes.
You will have previous experience in providing information, advice and guidance and dealing with problems and complaints promptly and effectively. You must have excellent negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to work under your own initiative and manage difficult situations. A professional housing or related qualification in level 3 or evidence of working towards would be advantageous.
