Customer Account Executive

This exciting organisation are looking for a Customer Account Executive who can build close relationships with customers to keep he service at the highest level. You will be confident in making calls to the existing customer base to discuss current promotions and offerings, providing product information and gaining market intelligence relating to their range of products.
As a Customer Account executive you will be responsible for the following tasks:
* Making outbound calls to existing customers to obtain customer and product information
* Taking incoming calls from customers
* Making outbound calls to existing customers to advise on current promotions & build relationships
* Completing surveys over the phone with existing customers
* Maintaining database to ensure data is reliable and accurate
To be successful in this role as a Site Administrator you will have the following skills and experience:
* Minimum of GCSE Grades at A-C (9-7)
* Proven experience within Customer Service
* Confident making outgoing calls and taking incoming calls
As a Customer Account Executive you will receive a salary of GBP17k-GBP18500 based upon experience. The role is an urgent requirement so they are looking to get someone started ASAP. This role is initially covering maternity leave but there is progression available within the company.
The hours of work are Monday- Friday 9am-5pm.
