As our Clinical Risk Associate youwill be responsible for the execution of clinic risk management strategy, including specialist fee management and negotiation initiatives, provider recognition, provider related complaints, engaging and contracting with consultants and building a strong relationship with our partners. You will drive forward our innovative provider service functions, they will understand all team functions from the ground up and providing outstanding support to our providers.
You will have a good understanding of consultant fee billing practices and industry standards, preferably with 18 months experience in a provider-facing role financial services sector. You will also hold sound organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities as our Clinical Risk Associate include:
- Provide a professional standard of Customer Service for our clinicians who we fund to provide care for our members
- Carry out administrative team functions using our systems and Microsoft Office
- Maintaining excellent working relationships with all business areas, whilst recognising the needs of Treatment Providers
- Achieve set targets for productivity and quality
- Assist Healthcare Providers and partners by addressing requests and resolving queries
- Actively contribute towards the overall development of the team and department
- Dealing with difficult situations, maintaining a positive attitude and promoting the company
Skills and Experience required of our Clinical Risk Associate:
Essential
- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- PC literate with excellent knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A desire to self-develop in all areas pertinent to the role.
Desirable
- Private Medical Insurance business knowledge.
