Sales and Marketing Coordinator

I am currently recruiting for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator based in Tamworth.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Director to maximise growth and enhance opportunities within a variety of business sectors. The individual will be responsible for creating campaigns, managing the social medial presence, generating business through sales calls and marketing strategies.

I am seeking an individual who is enthusiastic, can think outside of the box and present ideas that are relevant within the current working climate.

Someone with previous experience is required but will receive full training.

Responsibilities Include:

• Internal administration to assist with the day to day queries and provide support to the team when required

• Learn about employee benefits and develop their knowledge through training

• Manage and update the Shire website

• Develop our presence on social media sites

• Produce marketing campaigns around employee benefits and target specific sectors

• Issue monthly cash plan marketing to our clients to assist with exposure

• Follow up on the marketing campaigns to win business

• Work through old and current leads to maximise every opportunity and discuss the various employee benefits

• Carry out presentations to new and existing clients via telephone and face to face (once trained)

• Work with Director to develop and grow the department
