Otis is now seeking to recruit a talented Project Manager. The prime responsibility for this role will be the leadership and management of the New Equipment and Modernisation Field operations, this role will be based from our Dublin office and will cover the Republic of Ireland.Required Experience
Suitable candidates will have:
A proven track record of successfully delivering high value technical projects within the lift or construction industry.
Experience in managing the strategic aspects of large projects,
Working closely with the project team to mitigate any risk, defining project objectives, forecasting, etc.
Undertaking effective day to day management of the project ensuring that the project runs to time and budget
You will be a highly effective communicator
You will be commercially astute with the ability to maximize
You will be a highly effective communicator, who can be assertive when required and understands the importance of meeting deadlines whilst ensuring effective customer service.
You will also be commercially astute with the ability to maximise profitable revenue and be able to deliver results in a customer facing capacity where long term relationship building is key.
