Venn Group are currently recruiting for a Family Key Worker for our Housing client based in Cornwall to begin a full time temporary contract

Job Requirement:

• Working with and providing advice and support to vulnerable service users in a supported living setting
• Dealing with issues such as mental health, domestic violence and substance misuse
• Managing a caseload of about 10
• Conducting daily building checks i.e. fire alarm checks
• Reporting any health and safety issues
• Providing support to clients in sustaining their tenancies
• Implementing and maintaining support plans
• Liaising with clients on a one to one basis
• Helping clients access employment and education
• Referring to and liaising with all professionals, agencies and other parties involved in the service user's support
• Dealing with issues of ASB

Essential Skills:

• Experience of working in supported accommodation
• Current enhanced DBS
