About the role and team
We are seeking a Float Legal Secretary to provide comprehensive secretarial and PA support across all legal departments; from short term holiday cover to longer periods covering maternity leave. As a Float Secretary, you will need to be flexible, adaptable and personable to enable you to settle quickly and smoothly as you move between departments. Training and experience will be provided in IT packages and all necessary office systems, as well as experience of our legal sectors and departments.
About the candidate
The successful candidate needs to be flexible, adaptable and personable to enable them to settle quickly and smoothly into departments. Strong communication skills are essential. Experience in Microsoft Word and Outlook is desirable.
The role would be ideal for someone starting their career as a legal secretary.
