Our client is a successful Estate Management Company in the Peterborough area who due to expansion are now looking for another Property Manager to become part of their dedicated team.
This diverse position will cover several areas within the business; you will be required to assist in the administration and facilitating of client accounts, liaise with clients in person, over the phone and via email. You will be responsible for organising contractors, scheduling maintenance, processing invoices and handling any leaseholder or tenant enquiries. The ideal candidate will hold a full driving license as onsite inspections will be necessary and have excellent customer service and administration skills.
A back ground in property would be ideal but not essential.
In return my client is offering a salary in the region of GBP22,000 PA, dependent on experience.
