Service Manager – Business and Development
SEA (Services for Empowerment and Advocacy) is a small social enterprise which delivers independent advocacy and participation services across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Lincolnshire. For the past 10 years we have been helping people in housing, health and social care settings to have a voice and participate in the services they receive. We believe that enabling people to have their say influences change at both grassroots and strategic levels.
We are now looking for a new Service Manager to join the SEA Team and help us to grow and develop the organisation and our services for the future.
The Service Manager - Business and Development is a new post at SEA. You will be responsible to the Board and will work closely with our Service Manager - Operations to help set the strategic direction of SEA, ensure the smooth, effective and sustainable running of the organisation, and to identify and secure new development opportunities.
You will share our values and commitment, be an effective communicator with excellent financial and admin skills and with experience of similar roles in small or medium-sized organizations.
