About the role

Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit an Urban Training Solutions Manager to join the team being responsible for developing and managing the integration of live and synthetic urban training systems within RSME and scaling that development, as a service offering, across wider Army customer community.

You will identify innovative ways to deliver mandated urban training outputs whilst maintaining frequent liaison with Babcock Land Training Future Business on the prioritisation of additional live and synthetic urban training opportunities.

You will also ensure compliance with all established procurement/contractual/commercial strategies, including taking a lead on risk management identifying potential risks and evaluating options for control.

What do I need to do the role?

You will be an experienced training deliverer or requirements setter with a strong capability development background and experience of collective or team training at a senior level. You will understand the 'what' and 'how' aspects of urban training, urban operations and the constraints associated with working in challenging multi stakeholder environments.

You will also have experience of developing strategy, business cases, forming alliances and stakeholder management with a proven track record in delivering successful projects in time and to budget.

You will demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and oral, and awareness of appropriate use of social media in the workplace along with demonstrable ability to prioritise and co-ordinate multiple work streams. You will be well connected, innovative, driven with an energy to influence within the given timeframe.
