Working within a fantastic HR team based within an exciting South Yorkshire based FMCG this is a superb opportunity to progress your career within HR.

Reporting into the HR Manager the role is a diverse role which demands patience, commitment and the desire to really make a difference, the duties are not exhaustive and will expand with time however the primary duties include:-

•Assisting with employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance and absence procedures.

•Building and maintaining relationships with Managers and team members across the locations in order to be a point of contact for first line employee matters.

•Coordinating any payroll changes and ensuring all new starter details are correct.

•Assisting with the delivery of key HR projects to contribute to the HR team's objectives on locations.

•Supporting performance management, training and development initiatives with the L&D team.

•Monitoring and enforcing HR policies and processes at locations.

•Maintaining clear records and general administration.

Ideally you will be studying towards your CIPD and have had a minimum of one year experience within an HR department.
