Customer Service / Sales Advisor
Temporary: 9-12 months to cover for maternity leave.
Monday to Friday, 9am-pm
Salary £15,000 per annum
Free car parking
Our client is a leading menswear retailer currently seeking an individual who is enthusiastic, driven and passionate, to join their small but friendly team within their head office in Leeds.
Duties Include:
- General Reception Duties – Greeting Customers etc
- Answering the phone
- Offering customers products and Services
- Order Processing
- Responding to customer queries
- Replying to customer e-mails
- Various admin tasks
Full training with be given for the role, however the following key skills are needed:
- Being able to work as part of a team
- PC skills – Particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Patience with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Friendly and tactful personality
- Open minded attitude
- Good timekeeping
