Our client, a growing business based in Leicester City Centre, is looking to recruit a Head Office Administrator on a permanent basis.

In summary they are looking for a proven all-rounder to manage the office administration with experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

*General Admin
*HR - New staff / queries / HR issues (Peninsular)
*Incoming / outgoing post
*Managing insurances (cars / buildings etc)
*Managing payments / bills and sending to Accountants when due
*Expenses
*Petty Cash
*Bookings - (travel / accommodation / hospitality)
*Purchasing - Materials / consumables
*Facilities Maintenance - organising plumbers, electricians etc... when required

Skills Required

*Excellent organisational skills
*Excellent computer skills
*Excellent communication skills
*Common sense / initiative


Hours: 9am - 5pm or 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £18,000 - £23,000
