Senior Lettings Negotiator

This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful, established and rapidly growing independent Letting Agent in Peterborough.
The company are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, driven and ambitious Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their team.
You will be responsible for:
* Responding to property enquiries, register applicants, carry out viewings, proactively seek new tenants to maximise conversion rates.
* Liaise with landlord and tenant clients on a daily basis
* Attend property move ins and help in managing property check outs
* Carry out inspections and communicate feedback to landlords
* Arranging maintenance with a carefully selected team of contractors where appropriate
* Promotion of the company to attract new landlord clients
You must:
* Be highly organised
* Possess a positive "can do" attitude
* Share the company ethos of providing outstanding levels of service
* Ability to work in a team and independently
* To be punctual and professional at all times
* Have experience of the Lettings industry
* Hold a full and clean UK driving license
* Have sound knowledge of the Peterborough area
