Delivery Recruiter- IT, Birmingham
Three 60 Search have partnered with a very well-respected organisation in Birmingham, who due to a demanding workload, seek an experienced technology recruiter to join their fold.
As part of a wider group, this role will be within the MSP/RPO function, specifically delivering high quality staffing solutions to a number of key accounts, both UK and internationally based.
You will recruit for some incredible industry leaders across media, technology, business support and marketing functions, and you will be ready to go on dozens of immediate requirements!
As a leading supplier to their clients you will work against the clock, in a very reactive fashion; able to spot talent and very much needed skill sets and match that to urgent client requirements with efficiency and confidence.
You'll recruit for a pool of vacancies, ranging from straight-forward appointments to very niche and complex requirements, so you must have a strong ability to listen, translate information accurately and think outside the box to fulfil needs.
The role:
* Sourcing top talent within the tech, media and marketing space through a variety of methods
* Linked in, networking, job boards, social media, web forums
* Translating specific information from consultants regarding client requirements in order to accurately present this to candidates
* Head-hunting leading professionals and market mapping to identify prospects
* Managing the candidate process from start to finish
* Working within strict time frames with the view to a quick, efficient and accurate turn around
* Working as a unit with your team
Essential experience and attributes:
* A minimum of 18 months recruitment experience within technology or similar fields
* Ideally your experience will have been within the same organisation, enabling you to show a proven background of having built solid relationships and successfully serviced accounts over a good period of time
* You will be demonstrably well-organised, able to work methodically and independently
* Driven by a job well-done, satisfaction of good results and hard work
* Real team player
* Unwavering in your desire to work hard
* Very fast paced
* Intelligent, able to pick up complex vacancies
Salary: 24-35k base salary
Bonus: Annual profitability bonus, calculated on the year's revenue
