Contracts Manager / Building Surveyor
Our Loss Adjusting client is seeking a Subsidence Contracts Manager / Building Surveyor (BSc Hons Building Surveying, MCIOB) to work from home and handle a portfolio of perils and subsidence building damage claims throughout the London / South East (Watford, Reading, Chelmsford, Reigate) regions. Although not essential, ideally you will possess a Buildings/Surveying qualification or designation (i.e HND - Building Studies, BSc Hons - Building Surveying, A/MCIOB etc). You will report into the Unit Manager and be provided with all of the necessary IT equipment / office support. We are looking for a good team player, someone dynamic and ambitious; further professional development will be supported. This is an excellent opportunity working for an expanding, dynamic & reputable company.
