The Role
As a Resourcing Advisor, you’ll attract, source and recruit high-calibre individuals for the Regulatory Services area of our business.
You’ll be recruiting candidates from the life sciences industry, from medical engineers to highly qualified medical device professionals across the globe, focusing on Europe.
Specifically, you’ll:
- Source candidates via social media, headhunting, referrals, external adverts and PSL recruitment agencies
- Build and manage talent pipelines
- Promote BSI as an employer of choice via industry events, open days and careers fairs
- Screen applications and CVs for high volume roles
- Schedule interviews and deliver candidate feedback
About You
To join us as a Resourcing Advisor, you’ll need:
- Recruitment experience gained in a fast-paced environment (agency or in-house)
- Experience of recruiting within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical devices or engineering
- International recruitment experience, including EMEA (and preferably the US)
- Experience of a recruitment management system
- Direct sourcing, CV mining and LinkedIn recruitment experience
- Experience of using a direct sourcing model
- A track record of managing high volume recruitment activities
- Knowledge of recruitment legislation
Ideally, you’ll have experience with assessment centres, but this isn’t essential.
