The Role
The Collections Team Leader is responsible for the daily workload management, training and ongoing development of the Collections team. They also act as a key contact point for any complex queries to enable commercial decisions making whilst adhering to policy and keeping the bank safe. The Team Leader will also need to complete and document quality checking and delivering feedback to individuals as required.
The Person
We are looking for someone with previous experience of working within a collections environment, ideally within Asset Finance. The right candidate will have experience of managing a team, be a passionate motivator and team player. You will need to be prepared to work within a fast paced, every changing environment and want to get involved in process improvement.
