As the Assistant Manager, you assist in the management of a successful and growing business that delivers an amazing customer experience, fantastic food, fantastic results and is always safe, secure and legal.
You’ll do this by hiring on shared values and then engaging, training, developing and empowering your team to ensure that BTP brand standards and high product quality are met and delivered every time. You’ll be a critical part of the BTP management team and will always look for ways to make things better and integrate your café further into the community it serves.
This is a great management role for someone who is a great leader of people and is ambitious and wants to progress … or maybe even own their own café some day!
To join us as our Assistant Manager, you’ll need:
- Experience as an assistant manager within a food and beverage retail setting
- Previous experience of developing your own staff
- Experience of marketing your own business (either with a marketing department or independently)
- A focus on ethical business practices and environmental issues from a professional standpoint
