Our client specialises solely in the Engineering & Manufacturing industry as a specialist recruitment agency. They seek a highly professional, knowledgable Recruitment Manager or Senior Recruitment Consultant that is looking for their next career move to make a big impact on a growing company.

As a Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for dealing with clients and candidates alike, and have a strong ability to implement new strategies and processes in order to acheive maximum results.

Skill/Attributes

• Strong Sales background in recruitment
• A fantastic communicator
• Strong Account Management skills
• Strong relationship building skills
• Knowledge of payroll for PAYE temps and contractors
• Knowledge of AWR (Agency worker rights)
• Track record of using a CRM system
• Previous billings and expeirnce of building a strong temp desk
• Target driven and able to handle KPI's
• Commission driven
• Self-starter and able to handle own work load.
