Who they are
Our client is a charitable social enterprise based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. They are a not-for-profit organisation with over 6,500 homes for rent at affordable prices in Wiltshire, Mendip and Bath and North East Somerset. 

This role will be based in the marketing and communications department, working across the Group and delivering a mix of internal and external communications.

The role
The purpose of this role is to develop and deliver targeted communications plans whilst taking ownership of creating engaging content to deliver impactful communications.

It has the following main responsibilities;

  • Developing, delivering and measuring integrated marketing communications plans
  • Providing advice and guidance to colleagues regarding marketing and communications
  • Sourcing and developing case studies
  • Producing engaging content and copy to provide clear, compelling information for customers, staff and stakeholders.

 
What you’ll need

  • For this role you’ll need to have the following skills and experience:;
  • Degree level qualification in communications or a related discipline, or equivalent
  • Experience of developing and delivering effective communications plans and campaigns 
  • Experience of producing engaging content for a range of channels
  • Experience of successfully managing a number of complex projects and tasks at the same time. 
  • Excellent copywriting skills 
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content
  • Ability to think critically and constructively challenge and question when required.
