Our expectation is that the Project Manager will carry out a variety of development functions both pre & post contract; duties will vary but will include:

· Developing Linc’s reputation for producing high quality projects and cultivating strong business relations with external stakeholders.

· Providing and/or overseeing construction contract administration and CDM services.

· Assessing, adjusting and authorising payments to development contractors and consultants to ensure value for money.

· Ensuring that the development of properties from inception is delivered in line with all statutory, legal and regulatory requirements.

Our Ideal Candidate….

Project management experience in a construction related discipline is essential, as are strong communication and negotiating skills.

Working towards their MRICS or have equivalent knowledge and formal training in building contract administration and construction cost control.
