Our Affordable Housing team is looking for a positive and customer focused person to join their dedicated team.

What you'll be doing

You’ll be leading on our exciting new strategic partnership which will see a significant increase in the number of affordable homes Curo build. You’ll also be the lead contact for Homes England and be responsible for ensuring that targets, priorities and standards are met using effective programme management, maximising programme delivery and receipt of grant.

You’ll lead on, administer and ensure satisfactory compliance audit outcomes and develop and maintain influential relationships with key stakeholders, including Homes England, external consultants and internal teams.

You’ll line manage the Development and Assurance Officer and will be responsible for ensuring fully compliant new homes.

More about you

You’ll have a detailed understanding of the Capital Funding guide and currently work or have worked within the Housing Association industry.

You will have experience advising on bidding strategies, providing advice on funding and have the ability to communicate effectively and build credible internal and external relationships to assist in the delivery of our aspiration to build up to 400 homes a year.

At the same time you will demonstrate resilience and the desire to work in an interesting environment where no day is ever the same!

When and where you'll be doing it

You will be able to work flexibly, 37 hours per week, based on our customers’ needs. We have great IT systems which enable you to work remotely.

Our team are based in our brand new Hub building at Mulberry Park in Bath.
