Salary: £22,349 - £23,138 per annum (dependent on experience)
37.5 hours per week to include to weekends/Bank Holidays.

We are looking for a dynamic, forward thinking individual to support our Catering Team in the delivery of quality catering in all areas of the hospice which includes our 31 bed in-patient ward, day therapy, Learning and Professional Development Centre Cafe and staff dinning.
As Sous Chef you will assist the Head Chef in leading the catering team in delivering great quality food, through an organised and efficient kitchen process. You will be required to implement processes and procedures to ensure we optimise the way we deliver fantastic food and a cost efficient and first class service.
Experience in a professional kitchen cooking fresh produce is essential as is previous supervisory experience. You should have excellent customer service skills, an awareness of the appropriate food legislation, a passion for cooking, a can do will do attitude and people management experience.
