A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our client’s professional, fast paced Property Services Team. 

If you enjoy being part of a team delivering high quality electrical work in domestic or commercial buildings and have a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience, you’re right for them. As an Electrician, you will carry out the maintenance/servicing, repair, installation of electrical and associated systems including fire alarms, door entry and emergency lighting systems, ensuring that the work is completed to a defined quality and to relevant technical standards.

You’ll:

have experience working as a qualified electrician
be able to diagnose maintenance problems and identify solutions 
be well versed in inspection, testing, verification, certification and reporting procedure for the range of electrical work
be conversant with the Electricity at Work regulations BS 7671, associated guidance material as prescribed by NICEIC, appropriate British Standards and other Industry Codes of Practice
have practical knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
have the ability and confidence to drive and access to a vehicle
have NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation Work or equivalent. City &Guilds 2360/2365 relevant to the current edition of BS7671
have City &Guilds 2382-15 18th Edition (a minimum of 17th edition)
have City & Guilds 2391or City & Guilds 2394 and 2395
