Sous Chef
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000pa

- Got experience of working as a senior CDP or higher within a kitchen environment?
- Are you currently a sous? looking for a new challenge?

- Got strong administration skills in ordering, compliance, training as well as excellent people skills?

Our client whom owns a several restaurants on Cornwall’s South Coast, are looking for a career driven Sous chef to join and support their well-established kitchen brigade within their restaurants.
You will need to be someone who has good leadership skills and personable whilst being able to turn your hand to any section of the kitchen using local fresh ingredients while delivering high quality dishes within a fast-paced environment.
