Head of Talent
With a strong emphasis on professional recruitment
Flexible location Full or part time High base salary & compelling earnings potential
With premium accounts, loyal customers, solid foundations and a market-leading position in each of its chosen sectors, our client operates across the UK and continues to grow impressively. As part of its core strategy, the Company has now created this new position to help deliver its plans for significant headcount growth, notably in the southern half of the UK.
Your challenge will be to research and define a series of specialist markets, developing and exploiting a powerful database for competitive advantage; to manage a recruitment strategy using a variety of techniques and sources; to co-ordinate and drive all recruitment activity; and crucially, to identify and make the first approach to target individuals, creating a recruitment conversation, meeting candidates as appropriate and working closely with the CEO and Operational Directors accordingly.
Given the nature of the role, our client has a degree of flexibility about your location and working week - home working is undoubtedly an option. However, you must be an experienced recruiter - either on the client or agency side - with a proven ability to manage Executive Search processes, to present career propositions confidently and to influence positive results. You will also have the self-discipline, discretion and resilience to flourish in a highly professional environment.
This role is crucial to our client's growth plans and the remuneration reflects this - put simply, the package is highly negotiable and most unlikely to pose a problem for the right applicant.
