Commercial Analyst

A rarely available Commercial Analyst position has recently become available at a leading distribution business based in Sutton Coldfield. Reporting directly in the Director of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in the business. This role will offer you the chance to showcase your analytical and interpretation skills while developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About the Commercial Analyst role:

This position will see you supporting the Marketing/Compliance Department efforts to ensure optimal responsiveness to the Sales and Contracts Teams and Company Management.
you will be a self-motivated individual, able to adapt to a high and varied workload and passionate to develop further.

As the Commercial Analyst you will have/be:

* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
* Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, margins, interest, commissions proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
* Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
* Intermediate to Advanced training in Microsoft applications, namely Outlook, Excel and Word preferred.
* Display skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
* Skill in exercising a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion and decision-making to achieve organisational objectives.
* Skill in evaluating organisational operations as they relate to policies, cost, goals and objectives.
