This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and energetic customer focussed individual with a successful background of achieving sales and revenue targets, ideally in the technology sector. 

We are award-winning an eCommerce business with a fascinating history and exciting future. We deliver eCommerce solutions to a wide range of businesses and have a well-established base of 800+ customers in the UK transacting £300 million per year through our customer websites. 

You will be joining a team of experienced techies, passionate about eCommerce and providing excellent service to these customers. 

As part of a small team, there is requirement to be flexible and proactive and to take personal responsibility for success - rewarded by great potential for personal development.

The Customer Service Executive Role:

As Customer Service Executive you will deliver an excellent end to end customer solution providing service to customers and support to colleagues to enable them to work effectively and efficiently in achieving sales and revenue targets.

Responsibilities include:

+ Dealing with enquiries from customers about their accounts / contracts via inbound calls and email
+ Supporting the delivery of sales and marketing campaigns
+ Maintaining close relationships with customers to ensure they are aware of Company initiatives
+ Processing sales orders / quotes / change requests / cancellations and carrying out other administrative tasks associated with the Sales Department
+ Updating the Company’s CRM system
+ Carrying out projects as specified by senior management 
+ Contributing to the effective running of the office

Experience:

To be successful you will possess great communication skills and be a natural relationship builder, confident liaising with both clients and internal and external providers. You will be well organised with strong IT skills, a mindset for detail a problem-solving approach and tenacity to see a task through. Self-motivated and a quick learner you will be passionate about both your own and the Company’s success. It is essential that you are comfortable working in a small business and fast paced environment.

Familiarity with Salesforce will be an advantage

Remuneration and Benefits:

+ Salary £20,000 - £22,000 depending on experience
+ 25 days holiday
+ 37.5 hours per week (9am to 5.30pm)
+ Pension scheme
+ Contribution to gym membership
