We’re now looking for a Bookkeeping and Accounts Advisor to join our friendly team in Shepton Mallet.

The Role 

As a Bookkeeping and Accounts Advisor, you will assist with all aspects of bookkeeping, as well as accounts and management accounts preparation. 

The other key aspect of your role will involve providing training and support in the use of bookkeeping software packages, both in-house and externally. 

You’ll focus on delivering a first-class service to clients, answering any queries they may have and helping them to successfully prepare their accounts. 

As part of your role, you’ll occasionally be required to travel to our other sites, as well as client sites. 

About You 

To join us as a Bookkeeping and Accounts Advisor, you’ll need: 

- Previous experience of bookkeeping processes and controls 
- Experience with various accountancy software packages, such as Sage 50, Xero, QuickBooks Online or Sage Business Cloud 
- At a minimum, to be AAT qualified (or have equivalent knowledge and/or experience) 
- A great eye for detail 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
