Due to ongoing success and significant growth forecast for this year, we are recruiting for Factory Workers to work in a custom built, modern open plan factory based in Chandlers Ford. Tea and Coffee is free, the rest areas and canteen are relaxing and modern with kitchen facilities and vending machines provided.
The site is easy to access and to drive to from Southampton, Eastleigh and Portsmouth and because of start times the roads are usually clear!
You can choose between day shifts or night shifts with both offering excellent work/life balance and the scope to do overtime.
7am to 7pm - 4 Days working followed by 4 days off. GBP8.21 per hour rising to GBP11.00 after 12 weeks.
OR
7pm to 7am - 4 Nights working followed by 4 nights off. GBP9.13 per hour rising to GBP12.76 per hour after 12 weeks.
Utilising your good communication skills, positive attitude and problem-solving skills, the friendly team will fully train and develop you in all areas of manufacturing a world class product.
Your varied job will involve machine operating, inputting raw materials, recording data, handling and processing products, quality inspection and maintaining your equipment and area.
Permanent staff are often recruited from the temporary workforce and there is excellent scope for career progression.
