CNC Miller - Operator / Programmer

CNC Setter / Operator / Programmer required for a leading manufacturer of precision engineered parts, supplying the Automotive, Electronics and Medical markets. Due to the ongoing success and growth of the business they are seeking an experienced CNC Setter / Operator with online programming skills using Siemens.

CNC Miller - Operator / Programmer Position Overview

* Setting and operating the range of milling machinery predominantly

* Creating programs directly on the machine, working from engineering drawings

* Uploading and editing to the machines using Fanuc controls

* Liaise with the Team Leader on drawings and job cards

* Work towards company health and safety standards

CNC Miller - Operator / Programmer Position Requirements

* Previous experience in the Setting and Operating a variety of CNC Milling Machinery e.g. Dugard Eagle, Hurco and Semco

* Ability to upload and edit programs essential, an ability to write programs is desirable (Siemens)

* Knowledge of Fanuc controls

* Strong communication skills

* Based in a commutable distance of Redhill

CNC Miller - Operator / Programmer Position Remuneration

* Circa. GBP25,000 starting salary depending on experience

* 39-hour working week, Mon - Thu: 7am - 4pm, Fri: 7am - 12pm
