Role: IT Support Analyst
Location: Falkirk, Scotland
Salary: GBP20-GBP24K

Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Operations staff
- Investigating issues and raising IT Tickets
- Liaising with IT Support and Development teams
- Testing changes made by Development teams
- Working on different Projects
- Supporting clients
Experience Required:
- The ability to work to tight deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills including good knowledge Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- IT graduate or related discipline 2:1 or equivalent
