MANCHESTER
Up to GBP40,000 + GBP60,000 + Great Benefits + Excellent Prospects
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is working with an expanding Financial Services company based in Sale, who due to an influx of new business are looking for experienced Mortgage Advisor.
As a Mortgage Advisor you will be aiming to Secure mortgage and pure protection enquiries, which will be provided by the business, securing business with clients, providing advice and working towards targets. There will be opportunities for further career progression.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Secure mortgage and pure protection enquiries
* Calling leads and enquiries provided by the business
* Liaising with the internal administration team who will provide support where necessary
* Work towards targets consistently
* Attend networking events and proactively source new business
* Actively source referral business
THE PERSON:
* Previous experience within a Mortgage Advisor role, either within an IFA and Appointed Representatives
* Must be minimum 2 years' experience, CeMap minimum, able to demonstrate significant knowledge of mortgage panels and lenders
* Ability to work towards sales targets
* Have a desire to progress and progress with the company
* Experience in MORTGAGE ADVISOR, MORTGAGE BROKER, CEMAP, MORTGAGE ADVISOR, FINANCE, FINANCIAL SERVICES, IFA, BANK, ESTATE AGENCY, MORTGAGE ADVICE
