Estate Agency Sales Negotiator
Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their busy branch in Reading. To be successful within this role, you will need to be target-driven, motivated, proactive and hungry to close for business.
Key duties within this role will include:
Meeting and greeting potential customers
Answering calls and servicing these
Answering queries
Following up enquiries
Booking in viewings and valuations
Attending and carrying out viewings
Viewing feedback
Diary management
Negotiating sales
Closing for sales
Sales Administration
To be considered for this position, you must have a full, clean UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
In return, my client is offering a generous basic salary of GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 and on target earnings of GBP30,000
