Job Title: Training Officer

Are you an experience, passionate trainer looking for a rewarding role?
In this role you will train new staff and continually train existing staff. You will be there to support them in reaching their potential and help with long term development of employee's skills.
Ashley Kate are pleased to be partnering with a food manifesting company in their search for a trainer to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
About the role
As the trainer, you will report directly into the Learning and Development Manager and your remit will be to train and develop new and existing employees using a variety of different methods ensure staff have the knowledge and skills to carry out their role successfully.
Other areas of work will include implementing all aspects of the training cycle to further support the investment in their people.
This is a company who understand people are an important part of the business and training plays a key role in their agenda.
You will be based at one of their sites in Somerset with minimal travel to other sites.

About You
??You will be an effective communicator
??Previous experience of training in a food manufacturing environment would be an advantage
?? Food Safety Level 4 qualified would be an advantage
??Train the Trainer
??You will work well within a team
??You will be proactive and practical in your approach
??You will have Confidence in your ability to manage your own time and be trusted to deliver at a high standard.
??Ideally having classroom delivery experience.
