Fine Art Restoration Company provides a nationwide restoration service for artwork, antiques and fine furniture.
Due to expansion and our continued success, we are seeking a Customer Liaison Specialist at our Carlisle office.

This exciting new role will support our team providing clients with recommendations and quotes, answer queries, work on a range of projects to drive new business, and much more.
The successful candidate will have proven experience liaising with customers.
You will be confident communicating via phone, email and in person.
You must be highly organised, efficient and quick to learn processes used.
Experience in art and conservation is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in providing recommendations for clients
* Contact clients regarding their requirements
* Follow up in a timely manner with clients
* Manage and update systems with key information
* Assist in new projects to help them come to fruition
* Work closely with colleagues to provide them with key information
