GBP18.50-GBP20p/h
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Human Resources Advisor to hit the ground running for a public service provider. Well renowned for their excellent service, you will be working alongside like-minded individuals to aid with their continued success.
Key duties of a Human Resources Advisor:
• The ability to develop, implement, monitor and review HR policies and procedures to abide with relevant compliance
• The ability to advise all employees and managers on HR policies
• The ability to advise managers on case work issues such as performance, discipline, attendance and grievance to ensure consistency
• Sound understanding of using the HAY system when undertaking job analysis and advise relevant managers if required.
• Ensure an awareness of equality issues and an understanding of the Equality Act in production of policies and procedures
• Be responsible for maintaining continued professional development
To be successful in the role of Human Resources Advisor you will:
• Associate membership of CIPD or equivalent and able to demonstrate continued professional development
• 3-5 years min experience in Human Resources
• A proven understanding of industrial relations
• Experience of Local Authority terms and conditions
• Deep understanding and commitment to Health and Safety in the work place
• Able to set priorities and achieve realistic targets within tight deadlines
• Evidence of being capable of transforming ideas into actions and outcomes
• Clean Full UK driving licence
