Our client is a highly driven, innovative and entrepreneurial investment and development specialist. They are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Designer to add to their in-house design team.
You would be working alongside the architectural and interior design teams, creating stunning brand and marketing concepts that promote various projects. To succeed you'll need to demonstrate impressive skills in creative design; generating original ideas and the ability to carry concepts through to fully completed artwork for both design and digital - so you'll need excellent Adobe CS skills, an eye for detail and the ability to work quickly and calmly in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.
The main objectives include:
Print design and artwork - creating beautiful brochures, eye-catching press ads and direct mail campaigns that demand response.
Digital design and artwork - creating engaging websites and effective PPC banners, e-shots and social media skins.
Brand identity - developing bright new visual identities that express our products and services and appeal to our target customers.
Image manipulation - enhancing and retouching photography to create compelling images.
Skills and experience required:
A natural eye for design, typography and photography - and a portfolio full of outstanding design work that spans a wide range of executions.
Experience of working within a studio or marketing environment.
Expert-level technical skills with Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience of working collaboratively with marketing managers and copywriters.
Excellent attention to detail, proofing and artworking skills.
Ability to interpret verbal and written briefs.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
High level of commercial awareness, with the ability to work at a fast pace, controlling a demanding workload to meet deadlines.
Experience in the property development sector would be an advantage.
