Talent Sourcer

A global software business is recruiting for an EMEA Talent Resourcer to help them find the best talent for the business.

Responsibilties:

• Partner with multiple Sales Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, overall expectations, timeframes, candidate pool quality and quantity.
• Sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Job Posting, strategy and management for maximum effect.
• Ability to work on more than one role at at time.
• Create innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns that will target the top talent in the industry.
• Evaluate CV's

Key Skills and experience required.

• Sourcing and/or recruiting experience delivering results in either an agency or corporate setting.
