Job Title: Multi Skilled Engineer

Location: Clapham, South West London (SW4)

Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Job Role:

The Company is a growing property maintenance company based in South West London, Clapham. They are currently looking for a genuine multi-skilled engineer in South-West London, with experience to take on some work with them. You will be required to take on a more lead engineer role with this position.

PLEASE NOTE: Candidates with full, clean licence is ESSENTIAL. You must also be willing to travel to London for work.

Candidates have the option to use their own vehicle or a company vehicle

Duties will include:

• Plumbing (installing, broken taps, fixing pipes, etc.)
• Painting & Decorating
• Minor Electrical Works
• Handyman service
• Full refurbishment specialist (kitchen/bathrooms/etc.)
• Odd jobs

Experience with working with a property maintenance company is preferable.

Applicants MUST be multi skilled, be flexible, speak conversational English, trustworthy, self-motivated, reliable and very punctual.
